Dear Members,

We are pleased to invite you to our next networking event :

Topic : Role of the diaspora in the economic development of Africa

Today the diaspora includes many entrepreneurs and potential investors. According to the World Bank, African diaspora transfer more than $65 billion dollars a year. These transferred funds are vital, primarily serving to assure access to fresh foods, health, or education- very little is invested to contribute to the economic growth of the Continent.

We are honoured to have as speakers:

Mr Tomi Davies: President of the African Business Angel Network (ABAN)

Harry Tomi Davies (TD) is an IT systems analyst turned advisor, author, public speaker and angel investor. TD mentors & invests through TVCLabs, a technology business accelerator based in Lagos. He is a co-founder of the Lagos Angel Network (LAN), founding President of the African Business Angel Network (ABAN), a board member at MBO Capital (Private Equity) and L4L Nigeria (NGO).

Mr Elie Nkamgueu : President Of Club Efficience

Dr Elie Nkamgueu cofounds the Club Efficience 12 years ago. Surgeon-dentist of profession he chairs this club which works at the brilliance of the African diaspora in Europe.

The presentation will be followed by a networking drink

Date : 26th April 2019 from 18:30

Venue: Park Inn by Radisson Luxembourg City Hotel; 45-47 Avenue de la Gare, 1611 Luxembourg
